I had an excellent experience with Nishimoto Hybrids in Reedley. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get my hybrid back in top shape. They took the time to explain the issues clearly and addressed everything thoroughly, even catching and fixing a few additional problems. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and expert hybrid service. Thank you so much!!

Derek’s assessment of an older model Prius I was considering buying was worth every dollar it cost me. A bargain at $50.00! I always learn something helpful from him and Vanessa. Highly recommend you take your hybrids to them for routine care.

These people are wonderful. I recently took my Prius to them for preventative maintenance (as the 3rd Gen is known for head gasket issues). When I called them on the phone I noticed right away how kind and transparent they were about parts and repair. It’s rare to find people like this in the car business that have a heart for teaching and who take such great care of their customers.10 out of 10!

I had my 2009 Prius towed to Nishimoto from Kettleman city at the recommendation of the tow truck driver. It turned out to be a perfect place to leave the car. Nishimoto gave me an estimate right away for the repairs both written and over the phone that was detailed and easy to understand. There was more repair than I wanted to do on that old car so they helped me sell it to someone in their area and were patient with keeping the car on their lot for a couple of days until the sale went through. They helped with the sale by talking to the buyer about the value of the car, providing the mileage, and transferring the key. I was glad that I found out about them because, even from a distance, I felt like I could trust them with being treated fairly and honestly.

Literally an amazing place with very awesome staff. The mechanic did an amazing job working on diagnosing my issues with my car as I drive a hybrid (gas/electric). Definitely worth it as I’ve gotten more insight on what I should do with my car from now on including what I need to do when getting either a used or new car in the future. From what I know, they can change your hybrid battery for your car if you have something like a Toyota Prius (eg. 2010 model) along with some other repair services for your vehicles. The staff definitely know what to do when it comes to cars that require more maintenance and repairs. They’re even better than my old mechanic. Definitely recommend and I will come back soon if I need to repair my ride. Thanks again guys!!!

Derek is a great technician. He keeps our hybrid in top condition. Easy to schedule, ready when promised and reasonably priced. We wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Nishimoto Hybrids is top notch! The work they do is very efficient! I took my vehicle to a different auto shop to get what I needed fixed. It took that place 3 times to attempt to fix the problem. I finally made time to travel to Reedley (It’s worth the drive.) Nishimoto Hybrids took care of the issue in a timely manner and resolved the problem. I am very pleased and satisfied with their work and customer service. I am a happy/satisfied customer. I have no doubt where to take my vehicle. I have found an excellent home to take my car to and you should too.
